Description
At the trial of an indictment charging possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, a guilty verdict was warranted on the evidence, including evidence that the defendant, who was stopped at a baggage inspection point at Logan Airport, was carrying a large amount of high grade cocaine, in a form associated with distribution, as well as bundles of worn bills totaling $33,020, and that he had been making frequent trips to Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
