1 Appellant was convicted of aggravated assault, simple assault, and resisting arrest. He was sentenced to a prison term of two to ten years. On appeal he claims that the evidence was insufficient to prove aggravated assault under 18 Pa.C.S.A. 2702(a)(3). He also claims that the sentence imposed by the trial court was manifestly excessive, in violation of the Sentencing Code. We affirm.
